Attentive doctor in some cases can make a diagnosis only at one glance at the patient's hands. So, twisted, different in size fingers with swollen joints suggest the presence of polyarthritis. Fingers, disfigured by bumps that appeared as a result of salt deposits, will indicate serious violations of salt metabolism, the presence of uric acid diathesis.

The smoker’s fingers can tell a lot with the experience, the tips of which are painted yellow-brown, the phalanxes are thickened, look like drumsticks, the nails are rounded and look like a watch glass. The reason for these changes is the oxygen starvation of the finger tissues and the associated restructuring of the blood vessels, which causes the growth of the tissues of the nail phalanges. This is accompanied by the death of ciliated epithelium in the lungs and slagging by the breakdown products of tobacco in the basal lymph nodes. In this case, it is not at all difficult to determine why the patient is coughing. Considering the back of the hands, one can notice the asymmetry of the hairline or the increased buildup on the nail bed of the nail skin, which indicates the difference in blood circulation between the left and right hands.

The presence of large gaps between the fingers when they are straightened will indicate poor digestion, and flaky skin on one of the hands, gnawed nails - presumably a neurosis.

The projection zones of organs on a person’s hand, unlike the areas on the face, in our case are considered for increased tactile sensitivity, as well as external signs. Consider the patient's left hand.

LEFT HAND OF MAN.  The center of the palm indicated in fig. 5 number 7   refers to mental states. Soreness in this area with light pressure will indicate a person’s mental fatigue, latent neurosis, approaching stressful breakdown.

It can be noted that the appearance of white spots or points on the nails, longitudinal strips, especially on the middle and ring fingers, and gnawed nail plates are signs of a latent neurosis. The formation of transverse furrows on the nails will indicate a severe stress that was transferred, which affected the metabolic processes in the body, and by the distance from the furrow to the base of the nail can be determined exactly when this happened (nails grow by an average of 1 mm in 10 days).

The zone on the base of the thumb, indicated by the number 8, with increased pain sensitivity, indicates a violation of the left lung or a weakening of its respiratory function. In inflammatory processes in the lungs, the disease of the whole thumb is possible. This area is expressed by mild pain in smoking people, as well as in people living in gassed urban environments.

Zones located on the periosteum of the radial bone of the left hand under the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, are palpable for the presence of pain or increased tactile sensitivity. For each person, the size of the control zone will be approximately equal to the width of the final phalanx of his index finger, the presence of hypersensitivity in one or several zones will indicate a deviation in the functioning of one or several organs that are reflectively related to their projections on the arm.

The force of pressing on palpation for each person is individual, in order to achieve accuracy in the diagnosis, a certain training is required.

The zone located on the fold of the hand at number 1 indicates the state of the small intestine. To expand the diagnostic information, the patient's fingers are additionally examined. With pathological disorders in the intestine, the appearance of longitudinal stripes on the nails of the little fingers of both hands is noted.

The next zone located on the protruding bone of the radial bone of the wrist, indicated by the number 2, refers to disorders in the functioning of the heart. Additional information indicating impairment of heart activity is the resulting weakening of the flexor muscles of the left hand.

The representation of the liver zone is indicated by the number 4.

The next zone is a reflection of the condition of the kidneys, its number is 5.

The next section 6 refers to the projection area of ​​the bladder.

THE RIGHT MAN'S HAND.  The right hand of a person contains information about the state of other internal organs and is described in detail and indicated by numbers in fig. 6

The zone in the center of the palm at number 7, as well as on the left hand, refers to mental states.

Zone 8, on the basis of the thumb of the right hand, has a projection of the right lung; it is identical to the left hand. In some cases, the longitudinal deformation of the nail plate of this finger serves as an indicator of lung pathology.

Near the base of the wrist of the right hand, on the crook of the hand, there is a diagnostic section indicating the state of the function of the large intestine, its serial number is 9. For pathological disorders in the intestine, the source of additional information may be the longitudinal fading of the nails of the index fingers.

The protrusion of the distal radial head on the wrist refers to the projection of the patient’s respiratory system as a whole, its number 10.

The next section 11, above the protruding bone, belongs to the zone of gastric disturbances.

For the state of the pancreas is responsible for the subsequent zone with serial number 12.

Disorders in the autonomic nervous system can be determined by section 13.

DIAGNOSTIC STUDY OF THE SECOND STAGE.

Starting further examination of the patient, it is necessary to clarify the preliminary diagnosis in detail on the areas on the body. The beginning of the diagnosis is carried out from a prone position on the belly, then on the back, paying attention to the corresponding areas on the legs, feet, and soles.

Reflex zones, by which certain anomalies in the body are determined, are depicted in the drawings of a person from the back (Fig. 7) and from the stomach (Fig. 8).

The relationship that occurs between the internal organs and the skin and muscle cover, are determined by palpation examination.

The patient in the supine position on the abdomen should be as relaxed as possible, the hands are located along the body, the legs are slightly bent at the knees, the feet are placed on the massage roller.

When examining him in position on the back, legs are also bent at the knees, and his head is slightly raised. Simultaneously with the study of areas on the body, reflex zones on the soles of the feet are viewed, additional studies of the ears, iris, teeth, etc. can be performed.

After clarification of the functional state of the organs and their interrelations, the nature of work with the patient, indications for the possibility of visceral therapy is determined.

Ii. INTERRELATIONS OF THE INTERNAL BODIES

The healers treated the bulk of the diseases based on certain relationships that occur in the internal organs during the illness. This relationship can be reflected graphically in the form of two circles with branches from them, circles connected by a line. Both connected circles with branches are enclosed in a common circle, conventionally denoting the central nervous and endocrine systems.

The circles are made up of small circles with arrows indicating the direction of the resulting disturbances in the body, they are in turn associated with other located outside and inside the circle, also implying internal organs. The numbers assigned to these circles indicate the sequence of the spread of the disease and the sequence of stimulation of the organs. Externally, the circle and circles with arrows resemble two little men, one of whom "A" stands on his feet, and the other "B" on his head (Fig. 9). Relationships of type "A", based on observations, are peculiar to people with dark eyes, type "B" - with light. Observations show — diseases that develop in an “intrinsic” type, heal longer and require more effort from the therapist. The most voluminous and representative circle of interactions "A" (a little man standing on his feet). This is the most common relationship to the total number of patients coming. In addition, the circle at a certain stage of development of violations in the internal organs, contributes to the emergence of the second round of interactions "B" (the little man standing on his head). The first circle in the development of disorders in the organs closes on the descending branch of the large intestine, after which the relay of the development of disorders, as if passed to the left kidney, with which the second circle begins to develop.

Projection areas of the organs on the palms

All foot techniques are easily adapted to the palm. But still preferred is a foot massage. Why? There are three reasons.

First, the main information bank of the body is still the foot. It is there, in the "lower floor" of the body, all the data on the work of the body systems is flocked. The palms only reflect the stop information - just like the moon reflects the light of the sun.

Secondly, the feet receive much less attention and care than the hands, and the points of the feet receive little or no stimulation. We do something with our hands all the time. And unfortunate feet are constantly shod. It is good if we walk barefoot a couple of times a year on living earth, sand, and pebbles. The feet of most citizens are deprived of this natural massage.

Thirdly, palm reflex zones are crowded in a small space, bioactive points are located deeper - they are harder to detect and harder to massage. And, of course, it is more difficult to identify sensitive areas and determine which organs are out of order.

And, nevertheless, the body is very sensitive to palm massage, if you work with them regularly - every day or every other day. Palm massage relaxes, relieves fatigue and tension, accelerates the process of self-healing of diseased organs, if you are parallel, once or twice a week, you can have a foot massage. Palm massage is much more convenient than the foot. Therefore, I often recommend my clients palmar massage as homework, as an aid to the foot massage, which they pass with me, so that the person feels responsible for his health and makes sure that he is able to manage it.

Sometimes people refuse to stop the massage, because the feet are too sensitive, and they are tickled, or they suffered a foot injury and are afraid to damage it. In these cases, come to the aid of the palm.

The points on the palms are massaged in the same way as on the feet - with the thumb, but the methods of capture and relaxation techniques are different. Briefly, a palm massage session is as follows.

1. Quickly inspect the palm of your hand - skin color, temperature, the presence of damage, flexibility, feeling of the palm ...

2. Stretch your hand - gently stretch the brush and each finger. It is necessary for relaxation.

3. We pass over the entire surface of the palm with your thumb, groping and diagnosing reflex zones.

4. We work with zones of fingers and palms. Having found the sensitive zone, we massage it for 1–2 minutes. A little later, it will need to return again. If stimulated sensitive areas every day, very soon they will no longer be painful.

Hands are more accessible than your feet, so you can work with them anywhere - in the car, on the bus, on the couch in front of the TV. And it's okay if the disease - for example, a headache or pressure jumped - took you by surprise where there is no opportunity to take off our shoes. You can always step aside or hide your palms under the table and put yourself in order.
